陆景生先生主要工作地在香港。作为亚太区总裁，飞行于上海，香港和韩国三地。他是06级学员中工作最年龄最长，也是工作经验最长的学员。以他的工作背景与资历，完全可以选择就读EMBA,是什么吸引着他在综合比较了诸多中外合作项目之后，加入了AEMBA？在他就读以后，又是什么动力推动他每个月一次不落地从香港飞到上海参加学习？为什么他又再次选择了AEMBA来就读EMBA项目？

In a casual occasion I learnt about the course of AEMBA. I was “trapped” by the philosophy and concept of the course organizer. Indeed I have made some comparisons with other MBA courses and even some Executive MBA programs available in Shanghai as I need to make sure that my investment not only the money but also my time in the coming 18 months would be well compensated. Of course, most importantly the hardware and study environment to support the on-going learning is sufficient and good enough or not are also the key factors to concern.
Obviously I chose AEMBA. In the past a year of study, I am proud to say that I have made a good and rational decision.
In the class, I can share a real multinational cultural blending and which I believe it is the most unique distinction of the AEMBA. This is not only attributed to the multi-nationalities of professors including Chinese, American, English, and French, who have teaching experience not only in their own countries but also in the Middle East and
I have been taught a lot on one hand from the young Mainland Chinese executives with their “reformed” vision of Chinese business culture and practice, while on the other hand, the contributions from the overseas classmates and professors from various cultures, business practices, and values, have made the discussions so remarkable and memorable! Of course the good command of English of the class warranty the smoothness of every round of debate. I must confess that this class has given me some sort of a future development projection of the Chinese business culture and practice. I have the feedback from the local classmates that they share and enjoy the fruitful international expertise from every individual group projects, presentation, and round of debate and every solution is with the ground of a collective global vision. It is exactly one of their main objectives why they selected AEMBA.
It is marvelous that the AEMBA has organized various kinds of “extra-curriculum” program. This has given a great platform to let each of the current intake classmate know and help each other better not just the home assignments and examination preparations but also the personal and business developments. AEMBA also frequently arranges gatherings with the past few intakes students and that it would enlarge and strengthen the base of the connection capability of AEMBA folks. This is not an unapproachable target as I am sure that the AEMBA course organizer and coordinator would continue building this fantastic academic course to an even better, perfect and up-to-date program tailor made for all the middle and high level executives of various nationalities in different field of business / industry. It is my understanding that the course will have 3 additional subjects to a total of 18 subjects for the year 2007 intake. It is a very good proof on how serious the attitude of the course organizer to the enhancement of the course.
