INTRODUCTION
Under to education co-operation agreement between the Chinese and French governments, UIBE and FNEGE(the French National Foundation for Business Management Education) established the Sino-French School of International Managerment (IFCM) in March, 1991. As the first Sino-foreign co-operatitive MBA program in China, IFCM has received continuing support from the French Governments. IFCM was approved and recongnized by Chinese Minitry of Education.

Situated on the campus of UIBE, IFCM has graduated more than 600 students. With knowledge in international management and a multi-cultural background, former IFCM students play a vital role in various professional fields and are favored by multinationals in their localization strategy.
