INTRODUCTION
As one of the three Global EMBA Programs offered by Carlson School worldwide, CHEMBA is dedicated in educating the students to master comprehensive management knowledge, techniques and to make outstanding contribution to the nation's and world's economy. The curriculum and teaching methods are designed for Chinese practical situation. CHEMBA held seven sessions since 2001 and the 8th session will start in October 2008. The combination of two famous universities together with the University of Minnesota was founded in 1851. Carlson School's first MBA Program started in 1937. Lingnan University was founded in 1888; approved by the prestigious authority - the Education Ministry of China and the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council in 1999 and fully accredited by the AACSB.
